The best way to accelerate fat loss is to design a diet based on high protein and low carb intake. Also, involving high interval cardio training will help you burn fat quickly. Some high protein foods are chicken, turkey, fish, tilapia, broiled shrimp, very lean steak and egg whites. Some low carb meals you can consume are oatmeal, brown rice and sweet potatoes.
Interval training helps, too. One interval cardio training exercise is based on alternating between walking 2 minutes, then jogging for 2 minutes. Do your intervals on a treadmill, stair-master, elliptical cardio machine or at the running track. Interval training works both the anaerobic and aerobic system and it offers so many other benefits. The body builds new capillaries and more effectively takes in oxygen and delivers it to the working muscles. Interval training increases your cardio vascular system without risking injury from overtraining or burnout.
According to the American College Of Sports Medicine, more calories are burned in short high-intensity exercise. Sprinting is another high interval, high-intensity cardio exercise that speeds fat loss. You can incorporate sprinting and perform it at any speed when exercising. Whether it's 30 percent, 50 percent or even 75 percent, you can still attain the same results in terms of burning calories and improving fat loss. I would advise taking your time with sprinting, Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Âespecially if you haven't sprinted before, because it is very easy to hurt yourself. Also, stretch properly before doing any of these interval cardio training exercises. If you can collectively add all of this together when training and dieting, you should be on your way to improving your fat loss.
