I want to share my five favorite chest workouts, which I alternate during the course of a week. You can do these any time, at any gym. When implementing these chest exercises for the first time you will feel some soreness, which should subside after your body acclimates. All of these exercises help sculpt and tone.
The first exercise uses the butterfly chest machine and is performed by squeezing the forearms and elbows together. Be sure to squeeze your pecs at the peak of this movement and make sure you are breathing properly. This helps you relax throughout the exercise.

The best way to accelerate fat loss is to design a diet based on high protein and low carb intake. Also, involving high interval cardio training will help you burn fat quickly. Some high protein foods are chicken, turkey, fish, tilapia, broiled shrimp, very lean steak and egg whites. Some low carb meals you can consume are oatmeal, brown rice and sweet potatoes.

Cardio is key for burning calories and working the heart. But it is important to know that doing too much cardio can be counterproductive. Performing cardio for more than one hour will work against you, as you will dip into your lean muscle and start to burn this instead of fat. Unfortunately, women can fall into the trap of doing too much cardio. While it burns fat, cardio is like everything else: do it in MODERATION.

These days everybody seems to be focusing on their abdominals, while neglecting training their back. But the beauty of building a great back is creating the illusion of the ultimate taper V shaped, small waist and a wide tree trunk of a back. This takes consistency, diligence and an incredible amount of discipline. As a skinny kid in high school, developing my body was very difficult. My back was narrow and not much to look at. It took me many years of training my back consistently with different exercises to build it to a point where it is one of my best body-parts.

What it is:
Leucine is one of three branched chained amino acids (BCAA) that are part of the essential amino acid group. The chemical formula of leucine is C6H13NO2. The chemical names for leucine are 2-amino-4-methylvaleric acid, alpha-aminoisocaproic acid, and (S)-2-amino-4-methylpentanoic acid. Though these names may make leucine sound complicated, its role as a supplement seems to be fairly straightforward.
