Mindy Karuk is an established Fitness Model, Fitness Competitor, Freelance Writer, Makeup Artist, Fitness Personality and Lifestyle Coach based out of Vancouver, British Columbia.
Having been involved in the industry for seven plus years, she is no stranger to hard work and has been requested countless times to share her story in numerous interviews.
Mindy's work never leaves a dull moment, from her makeup artistry skills on the beach to promotional modeling on the other side of the country, nothing short of a Wonder Woman! You can find her in many National and International Publications known for her killer smile and classy lines. Her goal is to continually inspire others to go after their dreams and goals!!
