Incline Barbell barbell press 1/4 rep method

12 reps

Flat bench dumbbell fly with a 4 count stretch at the bottom

12 reps

Repeat for 5 sets


Flat Dumbbell Bench Press  -  5 Count Up, 5 Count Down Method

5 sets of 5 reps (go as heavy as you can)

Tri-set
Cable Crossover -

20 repslat dum

Pushups -

20-30 reps

Machine Chest Fly machine 1/4 rep at the top

20 reps
Repeat for 4 sets
