4-exercise circuit

Barbell Curls - 28 method
Incline Dumbbell Curls - 8 reps with 5 count; twist 4 more reps
Bench Dips - 30 reps
Rope Pushdowns - 12 reps (hold for 4 seconds at bottom of each rep)

Repeat for 5-6 sets (rest 2 minutes between sets)

Bicep Machine - 2 sets of 30 and then 1 set of 50 (really get that blood in your biceps)
Tricep Pushdowns - 1 set of 100 reps
