German Volume Training 10 sets of 10 reps per exercise
Squat -10 sets of 10 reps
Stiff Legged Deadlift -10 sets of 10 reps
With these 2 exercises, take longer rest periods between sets 2-3 minutes and
really try to go heavy
Then do:
Leg Extension machine-10 sets of 10 reps
Leg Curls machine -10 sets of 10 reps
With these 2 exercises, rest 10 seconds between sets.
Go as heavy as you can, but get in the reps, its the biggest key
for these final 2 exercises.
