Dumbbell Lunges
Run the Rack
10 lunges with each leg - Start with 20-pound dumbbells and go up 5 pounds after doing 10 reps with each leg (going to See how heavy you can go. Keep good form, making sure your knee touches the floor.


Leg Press
20 reps each stance 4 sets
(1 set close stance,  1 set wide stance)

Leg Extension Quarter Rep Method
10 sets of 10 reps 1/4 reps
Rest 10 seconds between each set

Hamstring Curls On Swiss Ball
4 sets of 15 reps
