Leg Press Close Stance - 12 reps
Leg Extension Quarter Rep Method - 12 reps
Sissy Squats - 12
Take 1 minute rest after each circuit
Hamstrings
Hamstring Circuit - Do the following circuit for 5 sets
Stiff Legged Deadlift - 12 reps
Hamstring Curls on machine - 10 reps right leg; 10 reps left leg; then 20 reps both egs
Ball Hamstring Curls - 15 reps
Take 1 minute rest after each circuit
Finish with 50 Ab wheels
