Run 5 minutes - Zero grade on treadmill
Jog 5 minutes - 12 percent grade on treadmill


Then, do 2 sets of the following:
20 pushups
10-20 pullups or pull downs
50 weighted crunches

 

When done, back to cardio
Run 5 minutes - Zero grade on treadmill
Jog 5 minutes - 12 percent grade on treadmill


Then, do 2 sets of the following:
10-20 jump squats
10-20A lternating Plyo Lunges
50 bicycle crunches

Finish with:
Run 5 minutes - Zero grade on treadmill
Jog 5 minutes - 12 percent grade on treadmill
