After a warm-up, raise the treadmill up to a 12% grade and
perform the following:

1 minute of sprints on the treadmill (going as fast as you can)
20-40 Body-weight squats close stance
Repeat for 4 sets

Then:
1 minute of sprints on the treadmill (going as fast as you can)
10 hang cleans
Repeat for 4 sets

1 minute of sprints on the treadmill (going as fast as you can)
20 bench dips
Repeat for 4 sets

1 minute of sprints on the treadmill (going as fast as you can)
10 pullups
30 pushups
Repeat for 4 sets
