Run 2 miles

Do 10 pullups and 10 pushups
Then, do 9 of each, then 8 of each, 7 of each and so on, working down to 1 pullup and 1 pushup.
If you can and are feeling good, work back up to 10 pullups and 10 pushups.

Run 1 mile
Finish with 50 ab wheel
