Protein Packed Pancakes

1-2 servings (4-6 pancakes)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Combat Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)

  • 1/2 banana (mashed)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk (almond, oat, or dairy)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Butter, coconut oil, or cooking spray for the pan

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh fruit

  • Nut butter

  • Greek yogurt

  • Honey or maple syrup


Instructions:

  1. Blend oats into a flour (if using whole oats).

  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Let it sit for a minute or two to thicken.

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.

  4. Pour batter into the skillet to form pancakes (about 1/4 cup per pancake).

  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.

  6. Serve warm with your favorite healthy toppings!
