

Protein Packed Pancakes
1-2 servings (4-6 pancakes)
Ingredients:

1 Scoop of Vanilla Combat Protein Powder

1/2 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)

1/2 banana (mashed)

2 eggs
-
1/4 cup milk (almond, oat, or dairy)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of salt

Butter, coconut oil, or cooking spray for the pan
Optional Toppings:

Fresh fruit

Nut butter
-
Greek yogurt
-
Honey or maple syrup
Instructions:

Blend oats into a flour (if using whole oats).

In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Let it sit for a minute or two to thicken.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.

Pour batter into the skillet to form pancakes (about 1/4 cup per pancake).

Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
