ORDERING

Can I use a promotion code during checkout?

Yes, you can place an order utilizing a promotional code to receive a given discount at checkout.

How soon will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 24 hours after your order has been received at our fulfillment center(s). If an order is placed after Friday 5PM EST, your order will not be processed until the following Monday. Please expect longer fulfillment times during holidays.

Where is my apparel?

MusclePharm apparel is shipped from a different warehouse than supplements. If you ordered supplements and apparel together they will arrive separately and apparel will often arrive after your supplements.

What happens if my product is out-of-stock?

If the item you ordered is out-of-stock or backordered, a representative from our Customer Service team will contact you to provide possible options and/or a refund for the out-of-stock item(s).

When can I expect my back ordered product?

If the item you ordered is on back order you can expect your product within a few weeks. If you would like a more exact date of arrival our Customer Service team will be happy to help you out.

How can I view my recent orders?

You can review any old or recent order by accessing your MusclePharm Customer Dashboard

How secure are my order transactions?

All transactions are encrypted with the use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate to protect sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card numbers. All your information is securely transferred over the Internet to safeguard each individual transaction.

Can I order samples?

Unfortunately at this time, we are out of our sample support. We are working diligently to get more back in stock, but please feel free to reach out to your local supplement retailer (ie: GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc.) for samples of our products in the meantime.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all U.S states including Alaska and Hawaii. If you reside in Canada or want to ship a product to a Canadian address, please visit our Canadian website: www.ca.musclepharm.com

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Yes, we do deliver to P.O Boxes in all U.S states via UPS SurePost. You can find more information about UPS SurePost by visiting UPS.com

Do you ship to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses?

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by using the tracking number that was included on your Order Shipping Confirmation email or by logging to your MusclePharm Customer Dashboard.

What is your return policy?

What is your refund policy?

To receive a refund, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-292-3909 or email customerservice@musclepharm.com. If customer service requires you to return the product, your refund will be issued once your return has been received at our distribution center. If no return is required, and customer service is in agreement, you will receive a refund.
