Shipping & Refund Policy
Our processing time is 1-5 business days, depending on our order volume. Note that processing time is the time it takes from when we received the order, and until it leaves our warehouse.
We always strive to get orders out within 24 hours.
Holidays do not count as a business day.
You will get an email with a order ID number shortly after the order is placed.
Orders will be offered a $9.99 flat rate shipping rate anywhere in the Continental U.S. if order total is under the free shipping threshold. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. MusclePharm is not responsible for stolen packages.
We offer shipping to most USA military locations around the world. Make sure to fill out your address with your correct AFO/FPO/AE address details for the shipping label, then select United States as the country, (even if going outside of the USA, as long as it is a USA military post office).

Proof of Purchase: Please note that refunds, replacements and exchanges are only issued for products that were purchased directly through the official MusclePharm websites.
You must be able to provide a receipt showing that your products were purchased directly from MusclePharm to be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange. We will not accept returns for merchandise that was purchased from anywhere other than the official MusclePharm website.
You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of an error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All returns may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee.
