Shipping & Refund Policy



Our processing time is 1-5 business days, depending on our order volume. Note that processing time is the time it takes from when we received the order, and until it leaves our warehouse.

We always strive to get orders out within 24 hours.

Holidays do not count as a business day.

You will get an email with a order ID number shortly after the order is placed.


Orders will be offered a $9.99 flat rate shipping rate anywhere in the Continental U.S. if order total is under the free shipping threshold. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. MusclePharm is not responsible for stolen packages. 


We offer shipping to most USA military locations around the world. Make sure to fill out your address with your correct AFO/FPO/AE address details for the shipping label, then select United States as the country, (even if going outside of the USA, as long as it is a USA military post office). 


We hope you are satisfied with every MusclePharm product that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and/or other charges.

If you purchased from someone other than MusclePharm, you will need to contact your original place of purchase and follow their return policy requirements. The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition and with the original invoice to ensure full credit.

Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.

Enclose the original invoice with the item. If you cannot send your original invoice, please include your order number, billing name, phone number, and address with the item. If you are exchanging, please also include the name of the item you wish to receive in exchange.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No COD deliveries will be accepted.

Please retain a copy of your return tracking number to ensure that it is received at our location. A refund in the same form of payment that was originally used will be issued within seven business days upon receiving the returned product. A refund for original shipping costs will only be issued if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

If you are exchanging, the exchanged item will be shipped within seven business days upon receiving the returned product. If the item you want in exchange is out of stock, you will be contacted. Upon receipt of your package, we will notify you via email or phone that the return has been processed.
