RECIPE: 4th OF JULY COMBAT CHEESECAKE

4th of July Combat Cheesecake

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 scoop MusclePharm Combat Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 1 Tbs. Stevia
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Pre-made Pie Crust
  • Raspberries, Blueberries, and Strawberries
Directions:
  1. In a blender, blend together cottage cheese and egg whites.
  2. Pour batter into large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk in protein powder, stevia, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour batter into pie crust.
  5. Bake at 325F for 25 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate overnight (or until cooled and solidified).
  7. Top with berries and other optional toppings of choice!
