"Youth sports at age 5."

"Baseball, football, and track in high school, football and track in college."

How did you play, train or compete?
"Good genes. Also I’ve been involved with sports my whole life- playing in high school and college was a natural progression. I’ve always enjoyed athletics, and it came as a natural fit during my course of study in college. I knew I wanted to do something in fitness professionally since high school."
Why did you play, train or compete?
"The human body has always been interesting to me. Competing in sports fueled this interest and I actually liked studying biomechanics and kinesiology in college. I’m still always learning and enjoying the process of what I do in the gym both with clients as well as in my spare time."
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
"Working out, watching sports, anything at the beach, Netflix and chillin with my woman."
